We are childhood best friends who established our business, Heart Centered Healing, on a deep-rooted passion for service and healing. As dedicated facilitators of Spinal Energetics, we believe that in order to support our clients genuinely, we must be centered in our hearts, letting them serve as our compass.

It is not always pleasant while we are actively choosing to release stored tension patterns in the body. There is a reason we have chosen to distract ourselves from it. However, it is deeply relieving to finally let it go.
There are no painful memories associated with the potential emotional or physical releases, just expressions of the tension unwinding. This can be expressed many ways, but a few are through expressions of sound, movement, or emotional releases.

There is so much more to this work than the movements you see!
For many people the first few sessions or more are subtle and focused on creating safety and connection in the body. The body will only begin to release and unwind when it feels safe to. The process will unfold at the perfect pace for you and your level of openness.
For some, they process and unwind internally and Spinal Energetics is just as effective for them.

It is recommended 3+ sessions initially to fully benefit from what Spinal Energetics has to offer. After the initial 3 sessions, clients usually come back monthly or when they feel they need a session.
