The first step in Spinal Energetics is creating safety in the body through enhancing mind and body connection. When we connect within ourselves, we can hear the wisdom our bodies are offering us. A few things you might consider are somatic meditations, mind and body connection meditations, or beginner breathwork.

These resources are completely optional, however, by setting time aside for yourself to practice mindfulness, you are building a stronger foundation for the transformative process of Spinal Energetics.
